We are seeking a hands-on FP&A Team Lead with 5-7 years of experience to lead a small group of two FP&A Analysts focusing on management reporting, board level reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

We are seeking a hands-on FP&A Team Lead with 5-7 years of experience to lead a small group of two FP&A Analysts focusing on management reporting, board level reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Responsibilities:
Monthly
- Review and assist in the production of the monthly financial results package which is shared with executive leadership.
- Highlight and explain material variance to budget and prior year results by working closely with different department and division heads.
- Maintain proforma results for M&A transactions and prepare proforma financials for new deals.
- Ensure accuracy of financial results in our databases (Adaptive Planning, NetSuite and Power BI)
- Maintain and assist with preparation of monthly ad-hoc reports such as Revenue Flash and other various P&L views.
- Support with any ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Review and assist in the preparation of Board Deck materials, write up commentary/analysis regarding the firm’s financial performance.
- Prepare snapshots of divisional and department financial performance for quarterly division leader meetings.
- Prepare an annual budget for the company by working closely with various division and department heads to gather inputs around revenue and expenses.
- Continue to look for ways to streamline and enhance the existing budget model.
- Self-starter with a very strong sense of initiative.
- Very technically savvy, expert knowledge of advanced Excel functionality and Power Point
- Prior knowledge of NetSuite, Adaptive Planning and Power BI is a plus.
- Finance/Accounting/Economics degree, MBA/CFA/CPA a plus.
- Ability to lead junior team members through both hands-on support as well as coaching.
- Strong communication skills as this role will expose you to senior leadership across the organization.
- Ability to manage large data sets quickly and efficiently, attention to detail is a must.
- Private Equity experience a plus but not required.
