Description:
2-5 years of experience. Proficiency with MS Word, outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, AdobeSign, SharePoint; detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities. Provide paralegal administrative support to Corporate Secretary Paralegals and VP Associate GC. Daily duties: project related tasks, filter, prioritize and distribute all forms of communication. Assist with administrative support for various projects and presentations, miscellaneous administrative tasks as requested.
