Building Maintenance Tech
- $17 to $20 Hourly
- Medical , Paid Time Off , Retirement
- Full-Time
Must live in or already be re-located to Denver/Metro area.
The Building Maintenance Tech will provide direct support to the Building Manager and Building Supervisor in the following areas:
- Help oversee vendors and service providers such as:
- Daily, weekly, monthly, bi-annual, annual building inspections
- Set, coordinate and oversee scheduled maintenance, repairs, projects, coordinate approval with maintenance manager and accounting.
- Submit work orders to vendors/service providers/ etc…
- Maintain and monitor work order status daily/weekly and report to office and Maintenance Manager
- Take/make phone calls and check maintenance emails
Duties include all aspects of facilities management for multiple Class B buildings including but not limited to general knowledge of:
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- Ability to read hard copy, and electronic files such as CAD, blue prints, mechanical documents
- Building Maintenance / preventative care of building
- Painting and general carpentry
- Good computer skills
- Good people skills
- STRONG organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
Requirements include:
- 2 years’ experience working in building maintenance
- Must have own vehicle with insurance
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to adapt to seasonal conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Dependent upon experience and applicable certificates

- Building Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
License:
- Driver's License (Required)
