Room Attendant

ATI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and inviting environment for guests during their stay at the hotel.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.

- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries as needed.

- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings.

- Vacuum carpets and rugs and sweep and mop floors.

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers.

- Replenish amenities such as shampoo, soap, and toilet paper.

- Check and restock minibars and refreshment trays.

- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

- Assist with other housekeeping tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

- Must be legally eligible to work in the US

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
