Job Description

Foreman required to run luxury interior renovation residential and commercial projects in apartments, homes and townhouses.

Must be SKILLED in FINISH CARPENTRY.
Must know framing, drywall, plastering, taping and painting.
Additional skills in other construction trades such as plumbing, electric, tile work, etc. is preferred but not required.

Must be able to read plans, coordinate trades and order materials for the interior renovation project that they will be responsible for. Will be required to provide their own hand tools and work physically on all phases of the project and to oversee all trades and supervise all members of the crew. Must be able to complete projects on schedule and on budget.

Position available immediately
Minimum 5 years experience is required.

Pay is based on skill level. Benefits available.
