Store Associate / Device Repair Tech Pelham Location

We offer on the job training. No experience required. But it's helpful if you are tech savvy.

We pay our Retail Sales Associate / Device Repair Technician a competitive wage of $12.50 - $14.50 /hour or more based on experience, (PAID BI-WEEKLY).Plus Daily sale bonuses & commission for every device repair completed.
$14.50 will be giving after all device repair training has been completed with a 30 day evaluation.

Batteries Plus is seeking to hire a part-time Retail Sales Associate / Device Repair Technician to provide top-notch customer service while making sales and repairing our customers' devices. We are open Monday - Friday 8AM- 7PM Saturday 9AM - 7PM , Sunday 10 AM - 5PM.

YOUR LIFE AS A RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE / DEVICE REPAIR TECHNICIAN

You arrive for each shift excited to meet new people and sell products, services, and solutions. Any clerk can sell a pack of AA batteries, but you are a trusted advisor that can recommend the right battery for the application whether it's a cell phone, truck, or recreational vehicle. You also answer inbound phone calls and happily answer customer questions. You love chatting with people and are able to make personal connections easily to ensure that every customer feels welcome and valued.

You get to use your mechanical skills to repair our customers' cell phones, tablets, and other devices. Your experience has given you the confidence to assist our customers with their technology troubles. You feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and playing an important part in their success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable transportation

Customer service and retail sales experience are preferred, but not required. Do you have strong communication skills? Are you friendly with excellent customer service skills?
