As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will strive to exceed customer expectations by ensuring orders are available, accurate, salable and shipped in a timely manner. This position will demonstrate order fulfillment task goals are conducted accurately, efficiently and safely, while surpassing customer expectations. This includes a high level of knowledge in order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and quality control for maximum efficiency. The Warehouse Supervisor will assist the Supply Chain Manager in maintaining the operations of the shipping team to ensure efficient production, accurate order fulfillment, and optimal utilization of resources. This role involves managing personnel, implementing process improvements, and mataining high standards fo safety, quality, and productivity.

Essential Functions:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Foster a positive work environment conducive to teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and shipping/receiving operations including kitting, storing, picking, packing, and shippingof products.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, maximize productivity, and minimize costs.
• Work with inventory analyst to monitor inventory levels and support inventory management through audits and cycle counts.
• Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of outgoing orders.
• Investigate and resolve any quality issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Implement preventative measures to minimize errors and improve overall quality performance.
• Promote and enforce company polcies as well as safety and compliance regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Track key performance indicators such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time shipping and generate reports and metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required;Associates degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, departmental, and corporate goals
• Critical thinking ability - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Ability to monitor and assess performance of self, team members and the operation to make improvements or take corrective action

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $53,000.00 - $75,000.00 DOE. Silencer Central offers a competitive total compensation package that includes:
