Fulltime PCA/Caregiver positon

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Fulltime PCA/Caregiver at Alliance Home Care in Warrenton, Virginia. This is a Full Time - hourly Healthcare/Medical job, with a compensation of $14 to $16 per hour, paid biweekly. This is an individual contributor role, where you will have the opportunity to directly impact the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervising nurse
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands, as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Document all care provided accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a PCA or caregiver preferred
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and patient demeanor
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
