ALPHA Mental Health Center, a mental health outpatient center, is seeking Remote Outpatient Therapists to provide mental and behavioral health services to clients. The ideal candidate will be able effectively engage with all client populations, continually assess their individual needs, develop a treatment plan, and make clinical recommendations. Required Skills • Use evidence-based treatment modalities • Provides clinically appropriate treatment based on assessment of clients • Develop and regularly update treatment plans. • Document client sessions. • Manage and maintain caseload of clients. Requirements: • Must have a valid license in good standing within the State of Maryland (LCPC, LSW-C MFT, LPC, LMFT, LCADC). • Remote / Telehealth• Experience providing therapeutic services in an outpatient setting ands remotely• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Professional liability insurance.
