Title: Beach Bar Bartender

Job Summary: As a Beach Bar Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant beachside establishment, serving up refreshing drinks and providing excellent customer service to our guests. Operating in a high-volume environment, you'll need to be quick on your feet, friendly, and able to maintain composure under pressure. Your role is crucial in creating a memorable beach experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

Mixing and Serving Drinks: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly and accurately, adhering to recipes and quality standards. This includes cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and engage in friendly conversation to enhance the guest experience. Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. This includes wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, restocking inventory, and disposing of waste properly.
Cash Handling: Handle cash and card transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain an organized cash register and reconcile sales at the end of each shift.
Knowledge of Products: Have a thorough understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, flavors, and specials. Make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and suggest upsells when appropriate.
Adhering to Safety Regulations: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of both customers and staff. This includes proper handling of food and beverages, adherence to alcohol service laws, and maintaining a clean and safe work
environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Communicate effectively to coordinate orders and address any issues that arise.
Upselling and Promotions: Promote special offers, events, and promotions to customers to boost sales and enhance their experience. Encourage guests to try new menu items and upsell premium products when appropriate.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably at a beach bar or similar establishment.
Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage service standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating orders.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other bar equipment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (e.g., cases of beverages).
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and humidity.

Shifts Available: Saturday NIGHT SHIFT, Sunday ALL SHIFTS, Wednesday ALL SHIFTS, Thursday NIGHT SHIFT
