Survey CAD Technician

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill a Survey CAD Technician position in our Nashville, TN office.
Work as part of a team in all facets of Land Surveying including land development, municipal and related projects.
Duties
- Develop CAD drawings for Boundary, Topographical, & Subdivision projects.
- Review and understand construction drawing sets for stakeout work.
- Interpretation of notes and redlines.
- Manipulation of CADD models
- Adherence to Company and/or Client drawing standards
- Interpersonal skills (strong communication skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, organization)
- Ensuring document quality, consistency, and production efficiency.
Requirements
- CAD/Drafting related Certificate Program or associate degree in design technology a plus.
- 1 to 3 years of drafting experience.
- Experience with Autodesk, Civil 3D, and MS Office Suite.
- 3D Modeling experience a plus.
- Trimble Business Center experience a plus.
