Mowing Crew Member

Russo Lawn Care seeks to fill seasonal positions for a reliable, detail oriented Mowing Crew member. Main skills for this position will include operating a stand on mower, string trimmer and backpack blower in a quick, but safe manner. We are a small operation that mows, preforms landscape maintenance, landscape installs and mulch. To be considered for this position, you will need a drivers license and reliable transportation. For this position we are looking for someone with experience operating a commercial stand on mower, trimmer and blower. All of our equipment is newer, so we don't anticipate breakdowns very often. The route we are hiring for services ~70 properties weekly so it is a quick paced environment. We use Jobber to track clocked hours, schedule and complete jobs as they are finished.

Our mowing trucks are trailerless, so as long as you can drive a pickup truck, there will be no need to pull a trailer for regular mowing routes.

We are a small team but have fun and gets work done. Culture is important, we want to like the people we work with as much as we want you to like us. Nobody wants to work at a job they hate going to with people who can't get along. We look after our own and stand behind our team members. We try our best to regularly work (5) 8 hour days a week, we know that you have a life outside of work. Some days may be longer or shorter depending on the schedule and we try our very best to not work weekends.

Starting pay will be dependent on confirmed skill set of operating all mowing equipment and driving history among other factors.
