Summer Certified Nursing Assistant

An established education network is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for one of their health-impaired students. This team of interdisciplinary professionals pride themselves on fostering a welcoming and safe learning environment for all their students and they are looking for the right candidates to join their team. Summer Session: July 10th - August 18th; Monday – Friday; 8:30AM - 11:00AM

School year session: September 7th, 2023 - June 25th 2024; 8:20AM - 3:30PM

The base pay range for this position is $17 to $19 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer. Responsibilities:

• Accompany the student from their home, on the bus and to school.
• Work to support the needs of students and promote the student’s growth and achievement.
• Assist students care team with a variety of personal care assistance to students.
• Ensure students’ needs are understood and being met.
• Support students during arrival and dismissal, between subjects/classes in school, and between activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided to students, including completion of reports, logs, and relevant paperwork

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Experience working with developmental disabilities/pediatrics preferred
