Job Description

We are now looking for Sales Associates to join our Sears Hometown family! We're searching for positive and goal-oriented people who understand customers are our top priority.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Greeting customers with a smile, responding to questions and providing stellar customer service.
Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
Focus on metrics to meet the monthly sales goal.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Follow the company sales process to ensure customers are educated and comfortable with their purchasing decision.
Maintain the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays.

Qualifications:

At least 1-year previous experience in sales, customer service, or front of house hospitality
Ability to build lasting relationships with customers
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
Deadline and detail-oriented
Flexible work schedules
Ability to lift 50 plus lbs
Ability to work in a fast pace environment while multi-tasking to ensure the positive customer experience
Must be able to pass a background check
