MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER

Responsibilities

•       Create visually stunning and effective motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms.

•       Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content and videos while maintaining adherence to our brand guide or associated themes.

•       Ability to create graphic elements both in and out of video and motion graphic content.

•       Adapt and optimize motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices, in various venues, etc.

•       Demonstrate a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet brand requirements and exceed expectations.

•       Contribute to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the team.

•       Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhere to project timelines, and deliver projects on time and within brand and corporate guidelines.

•       Collaborate with the team, including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators, to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

•       Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring new techniques to push the boundaries of motion graphics design.

Software Platforms

•       Adobe After Effects

•       Adobe Premiere Pro

•       Adobe Creative Cloud

•       Working understanding of Asana or other project management application

Requirements

•       A degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

•       Prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer and Graphic Designer as well as a strong portfolio of projects

•       Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools

•       Keen eye for design and aesthetics

•       Organization and prioritization skills

•       Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas

•       Strong team player who can collaborate effectively

•       Ability to follow and engage with systems and processes within a team. Project management skills including platforms such as Asana, a plus
