Corporate Paralegal (Hybrid)

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our client for a hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! This role will play a crucial role in supporting our client's Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Venture Capital and Emerging Companies practices. This Direct-Hire opportunity offers up to $95,000/year!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with attorneys on all aspects of M&A transactions, venture capital, emerging company formation, governance, financing matters, commercial contract drafting, and securities law.
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
• Draft, file, organize, and maintain business entity documents.
• Conduct due diligence, perform legal research, and analyze relevant information.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of paralegal experience, with a strong preference for corporate/transactional experience either in-house or at a law firm.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle significant work volume while managing competing deadlines.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn law firm-specific software as needed. Experience with iManage or a similar document management system is a plus.
• A degree and/or paralegal certificate are preferred.
