We are seeking a HR Onboarding Specialist to join our team here at DOCS Health. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a working knowledge of human resources, staffing and onboarding practices. Ultimately we need an Onboarding Specialist who has excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and enjoys helping candidates begin their next career adventure!

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with new hires in regard to details about the company
  • Welcome new hires with prepared on-boarding kits
  • Detail all new hires' initial tasks and answering any queries.
  • Gather and file all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Experience working in a Human Resources Department with a focus in onboarding, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Resume Databases (Paylocity preferred)
  • The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time management skills
