What You Will Be Doing- Primarily responsible for ensuring accurate records pertaining to: lien releases, custodial document management, partial releases, investor loan status reporting and invoice processing.
- The position is also responsible for maintaining an effective working relationship with internal customers in secondary marketing and post-closing while overseeing the relationship with the document custody vendor.
- The position will support other investor reporting responsibilities such as transacting loan sales, modification and recast booking, daily funding and clearing GL outages.
