JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Six months of custodial or maintenance experience is desirable. Able to do light repair, electrical and plumbing.

Candidates must be able to show evidence of eligibility to work in the US and pass a criminal background check

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must speak fluent English

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally

Follow a systemized approach to cleaning
Availability to work overtime
Flexibility
Dependable

References will be required

Full Job Description

High/low dusting, mopping, sweeping, disinfecting, sanitizing, vacuuming and general cleaning of all items in the educational area

Return desks, chairs, and other equipment to designated positions as directed by educational staff

Clean walls, windowsills, and windows

Restock supplies in bathrooms

Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary

Maintain Janitor closet in a clean, organized, and safe manner

Clean debris and clean and maintain the children's outside play area

Lock and unlock buildings and facilities as required; disarm and secure alarms; ensure buildings are locked and safeguarded against unauthorized use, if required

Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to supervisor

Physical Demands

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to perform moderately strenuous manual labor; to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; operate assigned equipment; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.

Job Type: Part-Time

Salary: Up to $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Saturday & Sunday

• Fullerton, CA 92831: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
