Fundraising Project Manager

THE NEXT LEVEL FOUNDATION (TNLF)is a specific recruitment company for people with disabilities. We work with industry leaders committed to inclusion in their workplace by helping match the right candidates with the right positions, as well as assist them in achieving the benefits of such inclusion. It is establishing an advancement committee to financially support its activities and seeks a Manager to lead this Committee.

Responsibilities

The responsibility of the Fundraising Project Manager is to raise funds to support the activities of The Next Level Foundation. This committee is led by its Chairman who overseas and directs its activities setting goals on a quarterly basis and measuring performance against those goals.

The committee will be broken into four opportunity cells:

· Grants

· Fundraising

· Donations

· Other

Initially, the Project Manager will be managing these four cells to best understand the innuendos and opportunities of each cell while learning to providing best practices to direct the manager in successfully raising funds from each cell of opportunity.

The PM will be held responsible for revenue performance, reporting to the Chairman of the Next Level Foundation routinely.

Compensation

· The PM will receive a minimum base salary, and a percentage of all derived revenue.

· The Head of each cell will also receive a base salary, and a percentage of derived revenue from its managed cell.

· Presently there are no health benefits, which will change upon revenue growth.

· Salaries and compensation will be based on the expertise and past performance of the individual applicant.

PM Qualifications

· The selected Manager should be an expert in raising funds from different categories (opportunity cells).

· Has at least five years’ experience in fundraising.

· Has had experience in directing and successfully managing others in revenue generation.

· Understands and firmly believes in the cause of The Next Level Foundation

· Must have a college degree and with an A/B grade average.

· Background history will be reviewed.
