Patient Care Technician

Serenity is seeking a Patient Care Technician for our Holladay (SLC) office. The primary role of our technicians is to administer TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatment as prescribed by a medical professional, while developing professional, lasting relationships with our patients throughout the duration of those treatments. Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable as situations may require.
• Reliability with scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• An associates degree in communications, marketing, business, or pre-med from an accredited university or equivalent experience in related field.
• Previous customer service experience highly desired.
