Location: Pueblo, CO

With a Pay Range of $70.00 - $85.00 Per Visit, you could make:

$37,000 to $94,000 annually (10-20 visits/week)
$94,00 to $154,000 annually (20-35+ visits/week)

Sign On Bonus:

Full Time - $2000.00. Paid after 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90 days.
Part Time - $1000.00. Paid after 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days.

Qualifications for Speech-Language Pathology Candidates

Create and implement skilled care plans based on evaluations and assessment results in collaboration with physicians.
Help pediatric and adult patients develop or regain cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional functions to enhance independence.
Must have a current Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing.
Preferably, at least one year of recent experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent documentation skills with knowledge of home health agency regulations.
Proficient in electronic medical record keeping.
