Job Description

As a IT Sales Associate, you will handle the quoting process from the time you receive the request to the time you submit the quote to the customer. You will collaborate with Global Tech sales representatives, engineers and purchasing specialists to gather needed details to create your quotes. You will learn about our product lines and services, pricing, as well as the applications we use in order to provide fast, accurate, and profitable quotes

Expectations:

Prepare cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, sales, and other professional personnel.
Coordinate approvals across all functional teams to meet customer deadlines and expectations.
Review quotes with customers
Form relationships with customers and suppliers to provide on-time and accurate quotes
Ensure quotes are accepted without excessive revisions
Drive continuous improvement on all related processes to ensure standardization and simplification

MSP Experience
Prior ConnectWise Experience
Prior IT Experience
Quosal Experience
