We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our expansion into Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to transforming lives and making a positive impact on communities across the state.

The Executive Director holds a multifaceted role, encompassing strategic planning, leadership, financial management, program development, compliance oversight, community engagement, crisis management, and problem-solving. They are responsible for driving the organization's mission forward by developing and implementing strategic plans, ensuring fiscal responsibility, fostering a culture of excellence, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality services tailored to the needs of clients. The Executive Director also plays a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance, building positive relationships with stakeholders, and addressing challenges effectively to minimize disruptions to client care. Their leadership and vision are essential for advancing our commitment to empowering individuals on their journey to recovery and making a positive impact on communities across Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the successful operation of the drug and alcohol treatment facility in Texas.
  • Oversee all aspects of facility management, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care for clients.
  • Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence among staff members.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure evidence-based treatment modalities are implemented effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local communities, referral sources, and regulatory agencies.
  • Monitor and analyze facility performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent Guardian Recovery in professional associations and community events to promote our mission and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, preferably in addiction treatment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards relevant to addiction treatment facilities.
  • Proven track record of successful facility management, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for the mission of Guardian Recovery and a commitment to providing exceptional care to individuals struggling with addiction.

Pay: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
