JOB DESCRIPTION
IKCON TECHNOLOGIES INC is seeking a highly motivated client-focused IT Business Development Manager professional to develop relationships with c-suite executives & hiring managers.
The IT Business Development Manager must have prior experience in the IT staffing industry that focuses on growing existing accounts and winning new accounts.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential clients in the target market and able to influence at all levels.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Partner with management teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Utilize professional network and confidence of utilizing LinkedIn relationships to acquire new MSAs with direct clients or implementors.
- Drive team to deliver on requirements and manage service delivery to clients.
- Setup meetings and drive customer acquisition through attending meetings and warm/cold calling
- Increase average meetings attended, favorable contract terms and average closed deals.
- Job duties require you to procure new direct clients, build existing relationships, generate MSPs from major suppliers and work closely with the support team to fine tune the process of recruitment.
- Work closely with recruitment team and leadership team to ensure quality of candidates being presented in timely fashion.
- Work closely with the clients to generate multiple closures.
ACQUIRE NEW CLIENTS:
- Create a list of leads generated, build a pipeline of new clients.
- Schedule virtual and in-person meetings with prospective clients and work closely with their leadership.
- Build strong relationships using various channels, meetings, networking strategies at the "C" level managers which can lead us to business opportunities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field.
- Have established relationships with clients where you can quickly transfer existing business a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
- Innovation and problem-solving skills.
- High ethical and moral standards.
- Proven record of success in the recruiting and staffing industry.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detailed, organized, and adaptable, and ability to take initiative.
