Job Summary:
Responsible for inspecting, quoting and repairing heads and other units for customers. Responsibilities include data entry, calibration and troubleshooting of our own equipment. And inspecting, repairing and coordinating heads in our machines and units. Shipping units to customers in suitable conditions as well as assisting in the day to day operations of the Refurbishing Department.
Job Duties:
• Repairing and inspecting returned units as well as warranty units.
• Responsible for testing heads that are repaired.
• Work with internal departments with regard to inventory and relocation of returned units
• Continuously work on professional development of technical skills as they relate to equipment.
• Repairing and inspecting returned units as well as demo units, trade-ins, fixed asset machines, etc.
• Responsible for set-up of returned and purchased used machines.
• Work with internal departments with regards to inventory, warranty, and relocation of returned units.
• Maintain and be responsible for tools and jigs required for head repair.

Qualifications:
• Ability to work with and understand electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong Mechanical aptitude with repairs of mechanical parts/machines
• Experience utilizing computerized ordering systems.
• Knowledge of electrical, and mechanical components
