Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating weight loss patients, applying personalized weight loss plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their journey to better health.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their medical history, current health status, and weight loss goals.

Apply individualized weight loss plans tailored to each patient's needs, incorporating medical, nutritional, and lifestyle interventions.

Monitor patients' progress throughout their weight loss journey, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.

Provide ongoing education and support to patients, empowering them to make sustainable lifestyle changes and achieve long-term success.

Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support to patients.

Requirements:

Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in NJ.

Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in weight management or primary care.

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate patients.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
