Key Responsibilities:

Create a safe and nurturing environment for our youth.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Foster growth and well-being through positive interactions.
Maintain professionalism while building supportive relationships.
Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere through upkeep and cleanliness.
Document care attentively and confidentially.
Intervene with compassion in crisis situations.

Qualifications:

Experience with youth is required.
Must be able to perform physical aspects of the job, including active client engagement and physical management interventions.
A valid MA driver's license is required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Employees will be required to intervene in order to de-escalate and/or provide safety and, if essential, provide physical management of clients using methods and techniques approved by Seven Hills Foundation and appropriate to the setting.
