Description of Role: We are seeking a Temp to Hire, HR Assistant with Advanced Excel experience. This role is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of the organization. Assisting with recruitment and record maintenance for payroll processing as well as provide clerical support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Skills & Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in an HR role or related administrative position
- Advanced Excel experience required
- Knowledge of basic HR processes.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and other HR software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be willing to work a rotating schedule to include overnight shifts.
Work Schedule:
Rotating Schedule
2 weeks Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
2 weeks Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 12:00am
