Psychotherapist (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, Associates, Psychologist)

BRINKLEY BROWN MENTAL WELLNESS PLLC is a busy private practice in Apex, Fuquay Varina and Greenville, NC offering outpatient therapy to individuals of all ages, families and couples. Our team currently includes 20 providers of varied disciplines including LCSW, LCAS, LMFT, LCMHC, Life Coach, Hypnotherapist and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Today we are looking for candidates licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, Psychologist) to join our team as most of our providers have full caseloads. We expect to give you all the clients you'd like in a relatively short time. Ideally you'd hover between 20 to 25+ sessions per week. All billing and admin and marketing will be done for you. You will make your own schedule that works with your lifestyle. In office and remote sessions expected. You can be sure this practice will grow with your success, happiness and work/life balance in mind. It is my mission as the practice owner to take care of providers as we do our patients.

We have a steady flow of new patient requests from patients of all ages with various needs however requests for couples therapy, family therapy, and/or therapy with children is higher than ever. As you might expect, there is a very high need for therapists who can offer in office evening and weekend sessions.

There are many paths to Mental Wellness. We are always interested in expanding our specialities and services. If you have specific certifications, trainings, education, or interests you'd like to pursue, we'd like to hear about it! We're actively looking for licensed therapists who are certified and/or who have post graduate training to

• work with couples (examples include Gottman, RLT)
• create and work with groups (examples include seniors, children, women, men, trauma)
• provide Christian Counseling (or therapy with an understanding of Christian beliefs and values)
• provide ABA to patients with ASD
• provide Art Therapy
• provide Integrative Medicine and Nutrition therapy
• provide Financial Therapy

This is an independent contractor position that will not include traditional benefits. However, we can offer a competitive percentage of claim payments that continue to increase each year. You should average $60 to $115 per 55 min session depending on your insurance mix. We will meet regularly to analyze your income and strategize to maximize your income potential. We do NOT take medicaid however we do accept medicare. We are very open to creating supplemental, out of the box income opportunities that interest you. Think about groups, psycho-education classes, webinars, workshops etc. You matter just as much as our clients! Let's create a workplace that won't lead to burnout!

Most of our available office space will be in our Fuquay location however we may have space for 1 more person in our Apex office.
