A&P Mechanics

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing aircraft to ensure their safe and efficient operation. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for aviation, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on aircraft according to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) - Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues - Repair or replace defective components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments - Weld and solder aircraft components as needed - Conduct sheet metal repairs and fabrications - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) - Coordinate with other mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks - Perform quality control checks on completed work to ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent - FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aircraft Mechanic - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics - Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and avionics systems - Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
