This entry-level position earns $14.00+/hour, depending on experience, plus the following benefits:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to completing tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow all established protocols and guidelines
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

X-ray certification or dental office experience would be preferred but isn't required for this entry-level position. Completion of an accredited dental assisting program would also be a bonus.

WHAT TO EXPECT

As our full-time Dentistry Assistant, you collaborate with your dental team and work under the direction of our dentists to ensure successful workdays and great appointments! You can expect a dynamic role where you do whatever is needed to contribute to a positive patient experience. This includes sanitizing tools and instruments, independently preparing exam rooms, and educating patients on the best at-home dental care tips. Always accurate and precise, you take X-rays, assist the dentists chairside, and update patient records. You proactively handle other duties when appropriate, playing an essential role in our day-to-day success!
