VETERINARIAN - CARDIOLOGIST
Join our established Cardiology Department in our non-corporate Primary Care, Emergency, and Specialty hospital. The demand for Cardiology Veterinarians in the tri-state area has increased, and in an effort to meet the needs of our community, we are seeking an experienced Cardiology Veterinarian to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced Cardiology Veterinarian who is patient-focused, has excellent communication skills, and embodies our Core Values.

We are well staffed with 300+ support staff and highly trained veterinary technicians, including several veterinary technician specialists spanning multiple specialties, such as Exotics, Oncology, Dentistry, Anesthesia, and Emergency and Critical Care.

We are fully equipped with a Toshiba 64 Slice CT, Siemen's 1.5 Tesla MRI, endoscopic equipment, a fully integrated in-house laboratory, advanced and minimally invasive surgical suites, ultrasound, digital radiography, therapy laser, surgical laser, Snyder ICU cages, chemotherapy hood, and fully stocked pharmacy. We have a dedicated Cardiology treatment area.

Requirements:
  • DVM/VMD or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Cardiology specialty
  • Our ideal candidate would be an ABVP, ACEPM, or ACZM board-certified or Cardiology residency trained veterinarian
Responsibilities:
  • Outpatient appointments
  • Surgical and dental procedures
  • Inpatient care
  • Emergency care (directly or in consultation with our Emergency doctors)
  • Teaching interns and veterinary students
  • Providing internal and external CE to other veterinarians and veterinary staff members
