If you understand working with animals involves picking up A LOT of POO, working with animals requires patience, working with animals still means you have to work with the parents of the animals, and working with animals is rewarding. Still, there can be A LOT of cleaning. Working for a small business means you get to be a part of the process and you ARE NOT JUST A NUMBER, it means everything you do counts, it means we don't have an unlimited bucket of money but we appreciate and value ALL efforts accordingly. Things we do daily include greeting customers, observing playgroup and being on your feet for hours, taking dogs up and down stairs, helping our co-workers, disinfecting our yards, sweeping and mopping, teaching dogs tricks, taking pictures, making jokes with our co-workers, celebrating birthdays, feeding and watering dogs, drying them off if they get wet, calling vets for vaccines, composing emails, street festivals, lobby events, dusting our retail area, making goodie bags, walking dogs, tightening the occasional doorknob, making suggestions during brainstorming sessions.

Lastly out of respect for the business time and the serious candidates that do apply if you set up an interview time and do not show there will be no second opportunity.
