Job Description

Commercial Real Estate Owner needs a Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Billing Specialist.

The right candidate will be familiar with CAM recoveries for Retail Tenants and manage the CAM billing and collections for the entire portfolio.

Must have experience.
Familiarity with MRI (or Yardi) software is a plus as we transition to this software.
Proficient with Excel.

CAM Billing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

Draft and issue invoices or billing statements
Process or post payments
Assist with collections on past-due accounts
Reconcile billing issues or complaints
Verify billing information for new clients

CAM Billing Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or GED certificate
Associate degree preferred
CAM Recovery/Billing experience (1-2 years preferred)
Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate industry terminology
Phone communication skills
