Position: Craftsman Location: SE Metro within 30 miles of Forest Lake, MN Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of carpentry and handyman tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Framing, drywall repairs, and finishing
  • Exterior repairs
  • Painting and finishing work
  • Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
  • General maintenance and repair tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry and handyman tasks
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
• Strong knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and customer service-oriented
• Clean and professional appearance
• Non-smoker preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone required for job communication and updates
