Accounts Receivable Associate

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable/Collections clerk to join our Accounting Team.

Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Receiving and processing all checks and ACH’s daily, posting CC payments weekly.

• Processing CC payments for customers via email and phone.

• Monitors all accounts for short payments, over payments, etc,

• Runs collection reports for accounts over 60+ days and actively performs collection efforts.

• Works with customers and the Customer Service Representative to resolve any discrepancies and disputes.

• Maintains customer files and adds new customers as needed.

• Performs month end procedures to balance each month.

• Assists with bimonthly AR/Collection meetings.

• Performs credit inquiries for customers applying for a credit account.

• Assists with email invoices to customers for processing.

• Review sales tax exemptions forms submitted and update customers’ accounts as needed.
