Systems Administrator/ Microsoft Azure

AirPro Diagnostics is a rapidly growing remote diagnostics pioneer in the automotive industry.

We are seeking experienced, self-motivated Information Technology Professionals to join our expanding team. This person will provide solutions to our Team Members and customers across North America and Canada. Must be available to work in office Monday – Friday from 9am to 6pm with occasional after hours and emergency support as needed. The ideal candidate will be an out of the box thinker and problem solver who is comfortable collaborating with and delegating to less experienced team members. The candidate will also be comfortable proposing improvements to I.T. process and workflow for as we grow, your ideas will be appreciated and implemented in our expansion into multiple markets. Preferred Experience:

• Microsoft Azure technologies including Intune, Intune configuration management, Azure AD, Azure Advanced Threat Management. Some experience with Azure Infrastructure as a Service.
• Mobile device management.
• ConnectWise Control and Automate.
• TeamViewer.
• Linux OS.
• PowerShell\Python scripting.
• FortiGate Firewalls.
• 3CX Phone System.
• Experience implementing asset tracking\support ticketing systems.

Required Experience:

• Support and deployment of Office 365 Suite of applications.
• Microsoft Exchange Online administration.
• Microsoft Active Directory.
• Hyper-V and Virtual Machine creation and management.
• PBX phone system experience.
• Enforcement of security best practices.
• Failover and system redundancy.
