- Lead Projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, analysis, development and implementation
- Responsible for project launch, deadlines, results and overall performance with various client’s
- Build and maintain client relationships with direct and indirect stakeholders, including upper management level
- Monitor Project performance regarding efficiency, quality, technical and financial risks on assigned projects
- Ensure cross-functional involvement in quality processes to improve launch quality.
- Lead agile teams and manage the planning and grooming of sprints, execute sprints including daily scrum meetings and review sprints while establishing an environment of commitment, open cooperation, courage, focus and respect
- Mitigate project risks while resolving any issues or conflicts that arise to ensure deadlines are met
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree - Engineering or Business Management
- 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of success in Project Management and/or consulting with a focus on working directly with an Automotive OEM or Tier 1’s
- Extensive experience working in an Agile environment on Automotive or Information Technology topics; Connected Mobility experience is a plus
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus
- Certifications in Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Agile Scrum Master (ASM), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), or Scrum Master Certified (SMC) are preferred
- German, Chinese or Japanese language skills are a plus
- Thorough understanding of identifying appropriate KPI’s, maintaining performance and delivery quality
- Strong MS Office Skills – emphasis on Project, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills around communications at all levels in an organization
