Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Family Practice

Our established multispecialty practice is seeking our newest team member as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in family medicine. Located in Mesa, AZ, our practice provides a supportive and innovative work environment, ideal for those passionate about patient care and clinical collaboration. In this role you will provide comprehensive family practice care to a diverse patient population. We like to leverage technology so we utilize NextGen EHR and Dragon software for efficient dictation and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time, Employed

Qualifications:

• Experience in primary care is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate.

• Active license as a NP or PA in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary based on experience: $125,000-$140,000+ depending on experience.

• Bonus opportunities: bonus structure tied to managed care performance and reduced hospitalizations.
