Surgical Technician

Are you a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Technician looking to take your career to the next level?

We're seeking a team player to complement a growing surgical practice. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team and contribute to exceptional patient care.

What you'll do:

• Assist surgeons in a variety of surgical procedures.
• Provide clinical expertise to patients, including pre- and post-operative instructions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure patient understanding of consents and medical clearances.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and administration to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Participate in weekly seminars to educate prospective patients on our services.
• Maintain a sterile environment and assist with room set-up and turnover.

• Highly motivated and coachable with a positive attitude.
• New grads are highly encouraged to apply.
• Preferred experience in a Plastic Surgery or Dermatology Surgery setting.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, typically 9am-5pm & sometimes 7am-7pm.
