Fraser is an outpatient clinic working with an incredibly diverse population and strive to help under-served people throughout the twin cities. We are Minnesota's oldest and most experienced provider of childhood mental health services. Here you will help Fraser's clients with a variety of goals from articulation to sensory support, and language skills. Fraser is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our Fraser Rehabilitation Therapy team! This role offers a variety of opportunities to provide therapeutic evaluations, treatment, and interventions to the pediatric population that Fraser serves. Fraser is a multi-disciplinary outpatient pediatric clinic working with children from infancy through young adults and we tailor our services based on the strengths and challenges of each client.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of doctor's order, and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Provide therapeutic treatment according to the doctor's order.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress.
• Maintain clean equipment in good repair.
• Communicate with funding sources as directed by the Clinical Accounts Receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.
• Communicate appropriate aspects of the client's program to all involved persons and operate in conjunction with other disciplines and team members.

Compensation:

• $65,000-$75,000 - salaried

Schedule & Locations:

• Monday through Friday between 8am-6pm
• Bloomington
• Brooklyn Center
• Burnsville
• Minneapolis
• Richfield

Requirements

• Master's Degree in discipline as required by license or governing board
• Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health required (minimum of temporary license)
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with acceptable record and ability to pass DHS Background check
