RCH is expanding our Behavioral Health department, and we have an employment opportunity for a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Clinical Manager. The SUD Clinical Manager will play a pivotal role in supervising treatment staff and coordinating integrated care for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. With a focus on supporting patients facing barriers to accessing care, including income, language, and cultural differences, you'll ensure the delivery of compassionate and respectful services aligned with our organizational values. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the SUD program, implementing guidelines, and providing clinical supervision to licensed and provisionally licensed clinicians. Additionally, you'll lead special projects, facilitate strategic planning, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.     1. To be considered benefit eligible, must work 20 hours per week or more.

EDUCATION: Graduate degree in Behavioral Health Field. Master’s level required. License required. Can be registered as a clinical supervisor with OBLCT within 3 months of hire. Preference for those who can be registered as a supervisor with OBLCT and Oregon BLSW. Certification as an Alcohol Drug Counselor II or III (CADC-II/III) required.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum five years’ experience in the field of Behavioral Health working with an interdisciplinary team and the low-income and diverse population. Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred. Certified Clinical Supervisor preferred.

Required to complete a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted.
