Creative Designer

Contemporaries is a staffing firm working closely with a technical contracting company, who provides support and other services to large government organizations. They provide health service support from a technical perspective. Clients they work with include the National institutes of Health, FDA, Inova, and many others. This is currently a small/midsize company that is rapidly growing. The company currently consists of 30+ employees, and is projected to continue to grow to 100 employees or more, in the next year and a half. They are currently looking to add a Creative Designer to their team. They are seeking creative designers with the ability to design simple, lovable user experiences and user interfaces (UX/UI) that move people. The successful creative designer must be able to translate business requirements into visually exciting design concepts that possess a sense of artistic quality. The ideal candidate will also be able to make videos and animations.

An ideal candidate should have many of the following attributes: 

• Bachelor’s in Arts, Design, or related field is required
• Professional Attitude
• Knowledge of Multiple Video Editing and Animation Software Suites
• Previous Experience working on User Experience Projects
• Previous Experience working with Government Organizations 
• Technical Knowledge 
• Have a High Level Creativity
