Pinnacle Financial Group is seeking an exceptionally driven, goal-oriented, determined individual to fill the Customer Service Coordinator position.

The primary responsibility of the position is to help grow profits by maintaining steady relationships with existing customers and striving to land new ones. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will heavily use interpersonal skills to nurture and strengthen consumer relations.

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to customer retention by strengthening relationships through account management and maintenance
• Serves customers by completing enrollments, responding to requests, resolving complaints, and maintaining an exceptional quality of service
• Gather budget information to confirm client's success on the program
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Use an existing database to contact and screen potential clients

• Ability to remain calm under strict conditions and pressures
• Ability to maintain records timely and accurately
• Good decision making, and communication skills
• Encouraging and motivating people; sporting a responsible attitude
• Having interest to help and work with customers
• Sound practical judgment of work priorities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable/ Personal Transportation
• Pass a criminal background check
• Computer, desktop, or tablet
• Some sales experience
