Job Description

Well rounded carpentry position.

Framing through finish, 90% of our jobs are on high end custom homes and require a professional attitude and top notch attention to detail.
looking to fill 3 positions in our team of awesome tradesman including fulltime working lead.

Requirements:

•5 years construction experience

•Reliable transportation

•Basic hand tools

•Knowledge of IRC and Muni code

•Team mindset, we are a small community minded company and need to trust our employees have their coworkers, the customer and the company in mind are being honored in their actions

•Ability to work outside of the Anchorage area on occasion

•Ability to work 10+ hours a day, often moving loads up to 68lbs

•Ability to read construction documents

•Material take offs

•Leadership and teaching ability

•Ability to plan logistics and keep track of daily tasks

Additional benefits:

•Metal fabrication and/or welding skills

•Heavy equipment operating experience
