Craftexcom We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating sensitive information into our database. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data, as well as maintaining strict confidentiality. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.

Pay range:
$19.50 - $30.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

Collect and enter data into our internal database accurately and efficiently
Review data for any errors or inconsistencies and correct them as necessary
Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency while meeting tight deadlines
Validate and verify data by performing data audits and analysis
Ensure the integrity and security of the data by conducting regular backups and data cleaning
Communicate with team members to clarify information and resolve any discrepancies

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
Proficient in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent typing and data entry skills with speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good communication and problem-solving skills
