Job Description

CPA / Partner Level Leader

Kenneally & Company is a high-quality, mid-size Towson public accounting and business consulting firm looking for a Partner level leader. The ideal candidate must have a strong closely held business and tax background, recent CPA firm experience and capable of handling a book of business. Immediate partnership opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and tax engagement review.
Provide guidance and direct oversight of tax managers and supervisors.
Primary oversight for tax department policies and process execution.
Be a part of the firm management team..

Skills and Abilities:

CPA with 15 plus years recent public accounting experience.
Proficient with business and individual tax return review and planning.
Provide creative tax strategies, and research skills.
Communication and analytical skills with ability to implement solutions.
Highly organized and ability to manage direct client responsibility.
Expertise with ProSystem Engagement/Tax is a plus.
