Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming stock, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate for this position is diligent, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming stock and unpack shipments
Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of received items
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are properly labeled and packaged
Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, when necessary
Follow all safety protocols and adhere to warehouse regulations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and move them safely using proper techniques
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
