As a Service Returns Manager (also known as Quality Assurance Manager, Electronics Testing Manager), you'll lead a team of technicians, oversee failure analysis tests on electronic components, implement testing protocols, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes. Your role will involve analyzing test data, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and troubleshooting to identify the root cause of failure modes.
